Screen layouts, themes and available features may vary slightly by vehicle and software version.

4. Pricing and payment
All prices are listed in US dollars. We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund. Payment is charged when your order is placed.

5. Orders
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example if a product is unavailable, if we suspect fraud, or if there is an error in the listing. If we cancel an order after payment, you will receive a full refund.

6. Shipping, returns and warranty

Our clusters display your vehicle's original mileage and do not alter the odometer reading. You are responsible for making sure the product's use complies with the laws and inspection rules in your state.

9. Third-party trademarks
Apple CarPlay is a trademark of Apple Inc. Android Auto is a trademark of Google LLC. BMW, Volkswagen, Audi and Mercedes-Benz are trademarks of their respective owners. Digital Speedo is not affiliated with or endorsed by these companies. Vehicle names are used only to describe product compatibility.

10. Disclaimer
Except for the warranty described in our Refund & Warranty Policy, our products and website are provided "as is", without other warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.

11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a product or order is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of use of your vehicle.
